Growth
Rotary is a greatly rewarding experience with a wide range of opportunities for personal learning and growth. Projects are generally managed through committees, where people with diverse skills share their talents and learn from one another.
Members also contribute to the running of our weekly meetings on a roster basis, as well as practice their leadership skills through chairing Project Committees and being part of the leadership team on the Board. Our club appoints a new President and Boatd every year, and new Presidents and Board members are provided various learning opportunities through District Conferences and other formal training sessions (including online training).
