Paddy and Padma spent nearly 30 minutes in conversation with President Osmani-Sadriu (whose husband and twin daughters are Australian citizens). During the meeting, Paddy explained, “I came to Kosovo to teach the science of decision making about surgery, and the art of performing surgery”. Congratulations to Paddy on this well-deserved honour, recognising his noble humanitarian work.
