The Rotary Expo: Wednesday 8 July 2026 at 11:15am
The purpose of this Expo is to introduce our participants (many of whom may not know what Rotary is) to some of the work and projects that Rotarians have done and do in our local and global community. The RYLA Conference covers a range of leadership topics and in the session directly before the Rotary Expo, we explore the topic of ‘Identifying Community Need’ and ‘Ideation’, where we explore a range of solutions to problems identified in the participants community. This is where you come in! If your club has a project you would like to showcase at the Expo, please get in touch with us!
After the Expo, you may wish to stay for some other activities (especially if you are also staying for the Rotary Gala Dinner on Wednesday night):
- Lunch with the RYLArians
- A tour of Philip Island hosted by the Rotary Club of Phillip Island and San Remo
Lunch on Wednesday 8 July
You are welcome to join the RYLArians for lunch on Wednesday 8 July. Lunch will be at approximately 12:45pm.
Lunch provided by the venue will be at a cost of $24 per person.
Tour of Phillip Island: Wednesday 8 July 2026
The Rotary Club of Philip Island and San Remo have generously offered to show our visiting Rotarians some of the sights. The tour has no cost. More details for this will be provided soon.
The Phillip Island Tour will take up most of the afternoon between lunch and the Rotary Gala Dinner, although people may leave or join the tour at any time.

- How many people will be attending? Please list their names.
- Will you be staying on site for lunch? If yes, how many and who? Dietary requirements?

- Will you be joining the Rotary Club of Phillip Island and San Remo for a tour?
- The tour has no cost.
