ROTARY BBQ Trailer Hire
Who can hire the BBQ Trailer?
Subject to availability and approval, other organisations may apply to use the Mobile Kitchen.
What is the cost to hire the trailer?
$250 per day covers insurance, registration, storage, maintenance, and repairs.
For Charitable Organisations, consideration may be given on application for a reduced fee (depending on its intended purpose).
What does the bond cover? ($500 Refundable)
Any damage or repairs incurred whilst in your care, any cleaning required if not returned in the same clean condition as it was received, and gas bottles if they need to be replaced if not returned full (or no less than half-empty by weight).
Other important information
We do not supply food, serviettes, condiments, utensils, delivery or staff to run the BBQ.
A vehicle with a towing capacity of 1200+kg and ball weight allowance of 190kg is required.
The user must collect and return the BBQ to the storage facility in Doncaster.
The Hirer MUST have their own Public Liability Insurance Cover and a "Food-trader" approved Certificate "Statement of Trade" for an event if operating on Council owned or public land.
The BBQ must be operated in accordance with the applicable Health Regulations.

Once approved, the completed APPLICATION FORM, with payment will become your confirmation and Tax Invoice. Ensure application is sent in at least 7 days prior to the booking date to ensure final confirmation.
