We welcome a presentation by Bill Karametos on The Men's Table.  Bill is the Regional Host covering Victoria and South Australia.
The Men’s Table is a preventative men’s mental health and community-building initiative, providing a simple, low-cost, grassroots approach. It helps men build meaningful male friendships by creating safe places to share, overcoming the stigma that “men don’t talk” it will be very interesting to hear.  
Project discussion will occur on upcoming MFF  and WFMH

Manningham Family Festival

Bruce Parker and Graeme Kent will give us a great insight into this fantastic Project. 
Aussie Action Abroad  - engaged in Nepal with community development projects in  remote communities with a focus on Health, Education. Construction.  A strong component is the provision and delivery of education materials to schools in remote parts of Nepal.

A lovely social night out. Please register so we know how many are coming.

The 2024-2025 District Conference will be held in Bendigo.

With 2000 Rotarians from 80 odd Clubs vying for attendance at the Inaugural District 9815 Conference, the competition for accommodation is going to be fierce!!!!

When? 28^th – 30^th March 2025.

Where? The Red Energy Arena in the beautiful City of Bendigo.

What? 2 days of speakers, activities, Rotary Expo and a themed Gala Dinner.

Why? Because we are better together and “We Belong”

More details will follow at the District Assembly in May and the official Conference launch later this year.

A large number of schools from the Manningham Council area will gather at the Memorial Park in Templestowe to remember those who have fallen in war.

The guest speaker will be Hon. Keith Wolahan MP.

An evening where we can get to known more about our Members - who are they, where did they come from, what was their employment and why they joined Rotary.  This week it will be Sohrab Bhopti, Esther Murray 

We are looking forward to a productive session.  A consultation evening to build the Ops Plan for 2025-2026. It will be a fast process, identifying key areas to cover in the new rotary year.  

The first Primary School speech competition for the Templestowe section is  to be held at Doncaster Secondary College Performance Centre.  Our amazing young future leaders will present us with a great experiences.   Please make an effort to be present to admire these wonderful young people. Supper to follow after the contest. No Charge for this meeting

This is our first meeting after Changeover. Our 2025-2026 Board Members will give a brief outline of their role for the year. A few minutes each. Enjoy a chat and causal evening together at the Manningham Hotel.

This meeting is at the Templestowe Bowling club where we will discuss the operational plan for this year and plan for upcoming events.

We welcome to the club our newest member Tania Marinaccio. Tania will be inducted at this meeting and will tell us about life before Rotary.

BBQ for the Manningham City National Tree Planting Day at Mullum Mullum Creek Linear Park, corner of Reynolds Road and Springvale Roads Donvale. The club will provide sausages to the tree planting volunteers.

The Doncaster/Bulleen Primary School Speech Competition is the 2nd part of one our signature events . It is a free event open to the public. It features contestants from 6 Primary schools competing in a public speaking contest. It is run by our club . Supper will be provided after the speech contest. Come and support these young people as they are our future leaders. The venue is Beverley Hill Primary School 2 Cassowary St Doncaster East - 6.30pm for 7.00pm

Five Speakers from the North East Link Program ( NELP) will update us on its progress. We are all impacted to some degree in Manningham by the NELP.  Please invite your friends and neighbours to this event to find out what is happening in their Manningham backyard.
