We welcome a presentation by Bill Karametos on The Men's Table.  Bill is the Regional Host covering Victoria and South Australia.
The Men’s Table is a preventative men’s mental health and community-building initiative, providing a simple, low-cost, grassroots approach. It helps men build meaningful male friendships by creating safe places to share, overcoming the stigma that “men don’t talk” it will be very interesting to hear.  
Project discussion will occur on upcoming MFF  and WFMH

and of course we have Pizza 🍕 

Manningham Family Festival

Bruce Parker and Graeme Kent will give us a great insight into this fantastic Project. 
Aussie Action Abroad  - engaged in Nepal with community development projects in  remote communities with a focus on Health, Education. Construction.  A strong component is the provision and delivery of education materials to schools in remote parts of Nepal.

A lovely social night out. Please register so we know how many are coming.

Golf Day

The 2024-2025 District Conference will be held in Bendigo.

With 2000 Rotarians from 80 odd Clubs vying for attendance at the Inaugural District 9815 Conference, the competition for accommodation is going to be fierce!!!!

When? 28^th – 30^th March 2025.

Where? The Red Energy Arena in the beautiful City of Bendigo.

What? 2 days of speakers, activities, Rotary Expo and a themed Gala Dinner.

Why? Because we are better together and “We Belong”

More details will follow at the District Assembly in May and the official Conference launch later this year.

So, mark this in your diary and get on Google to get in early and book your preferred accommodation NOW!!!!!

REM to book early for a great evening - we will hear from Anthony and Glen about their personal journey into Rotary. Feedback also on the Conference in Bendigo and Golf Day. Don't miss this evening it will be full of interesting items.

Why you may ask - well we have a wonderful Guest, yes it's an evening with Olly Pickett - 2025 Senior Australian of the Year. What an incredible opportunity we have with thanks to Russell Hayes from Wheelchair for Kids.

Emma is the Principal at Emerald Primary School

she is also the Network Chair for the Dandenong Ranges Network, where she supports professional learning across 26 schools - both primary and secondary.  We welcome Emma and she progresses to DG in our D9815 for 2026-2027.

A large number of schools from the Manningham Council area will gather at the Memorial Park in Templestowe to remember those who have fallen in war.

The guest speaker will be Hon. Keith Wolahan MP.

Templestowe College Interact Students will present on their recent projects - Cook On, Sailing Event and more. Enjoy the evening with David Rosenwax & hear all the great projects.

A Workshop on recent MFF and WFYMH will be conducted by Sohrab Bhopti and his Team - a review of the Event, open discussion on moving forward including venue, date, group involvement etc - all positive contributions and ideas welcome.

Shine on Awards are being held at Deakin Geelong Waterfront Campus.

The awards recognise the contributions of people with disabilities.
